Model Backlog

Over the years, I have accumulate a large number of models. There are a lot that I start and just don't have the time or inclination to finish. With this hobby, there comes a point when you start to get burnt out.

This happened to me a few years ago, but I did not stop collecting the models, I just put off building or finishing them. So, as it stands I have a huge backlog of models that I am currently tackling.

The links below are to online retailers so you can see what I have on my plate. This is not an endorsement of the retailer, just for information only.

Here is a partial list of the ones I am actively working on:
  1. Bandai PG MS-06S Zaku II (In progress)
  2. Bandai MG RX-178 Gundam MK-II (Titans) HD Version (In progress)
  3. Bandai VF-25s Messiah (In progress)
  4. Bandai PG RX-78-2 Gundam - Core Fighter (In progress)
Ones that are currently in the box and waiting for me:
  1. Bandai PG MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam
  2. Bandai PG GAT-X105 Strike Gundam
  3. Bandai PG Sky Grasper
  4. G-System MSN-06S Sinanju
These are just the ones I have on my plate in the immediate future.

But first up, I have to setup my work area. This will be done over the summer and I will update as I go along. In the meantime, I am painting by brush and outside when weather permits.

First Post - WIP

Well, here is the first post of a blog I told myself I would create over 2 years ago. What prompted me to create this blog? Just a morbid fascination with GUNPLA I have had for over 20 years.

You may be wondering, "What is GUNPLA?". It is short for GUNdam PLAstic models. I have been building models since I was a kid and I guess I never grew up.

Now, we probably don't need another blog about this topic since there really are tons of them out there. I will not try to differentiate myself in any way (that sounds horrible) and I am really doing this to keep a log of my thoughts.

I will most likely not update this site very often either. I just don't have the time to do so.

So, if you are still reading, thanks.
